Unable to write them down herself, I became the storyteller and curator of our family’s culinary legacy . Today, I am honored to carry this legacy forward, preserving the flavors and stories that connect us to our roots. My mission is to keep the authenticity of our Malay true cuisine alive and to pass down these cherished recipes to the next generation. I believe that our masakan Melayu has the power to unite us all regardless of our diverse backgrounds and cultures.
